Where is My Parcel?
We send a lot of parcels to addresses throughout the U.K. and to countries all around the world. We use trusted delivery partners ( Royal Mail, UPS, TNT or DHL ) who are normally very reliable and have a good reputation for looking after your deliveries. Here you can find out more about delivery expectations and how to track your parcel.
You can also find out what to do if delivery of a parcel that we have dispatched for you is delayed in the postal system for some reason. Also, while it is very unusual for parcels to go missing or get lost in the post, it does very occasionally happen, so you can also find out to do in the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered.

The time it takes for your parcel to arrive varies depending on the delivery service you’ve chosen and where in the world you live. Here’s what to expect:
Parcel Deliveries to the U.K....
Sent By Standard Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail 48
RM 24 / First Class: Royal Mail aim to deliver first class parcels 1-2 working days from the date we send your dispatch notification to say it’s on its way.
RM 48 / Second Class: Royal Mail aim to deliver second class parcels 2-3 working days from the date we send your dispatch notification to say it’s on its way.
The tracking code for Royal Mail 24 & 48 which we sent in your confirmation email only becomes active when the parcel is scanned when it is sorted for delivery. Until this point the message on the Royal Mail tracking website will read: "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item".

RM 48 Tracked ( Second Class ): Royal Mail aim to deliver second class parcels 2-3 working days after we send you the dispatch notification to say it’s on its way. This service offers end to end tracking so use the tracking code which we sent in your confirmation email to track your parcel’s progress through the Royal Mail tracking website.
Is It Over 3 Days Since Your Parcel Was Due to Arrive?
If you haven’t received your parcel and it’s 3 working days or more (5 working days or more during the Christmas & New Year period) since the delivery due date, and your tracking details show that Royal Mail have not attempted to deliver it please follow these steps:

Sent Special Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery services aims to deliver to you by 1pm next working day. This service offers end to end tracking so use the tracking code which we sent in your confirmation email to track your parcel’s progress through the Royal Mail tracking website.
Is It Over 24 Hours Since Your Parcel Was Due to Arrive?
If you haven’t received your parcel and it’s 24 hours or more since the delivery due date, and your tracking details show that Royal Mail have not attempted to deliver it please follow these steps:

Royal Mail aim to deliver standard international parcels 5-12 working days after we send you the dispatch notification to say it’s on its way, although this varies depending on the destination country and how long the customs clearance process takes. Please check your spam & junk mail folders for notifications of any taxes/duties to be paid before your parcel can be released for delivery.
There is no tracking number with this service so unfortunately your parcel’s progress cannot be checked by you or us.
Is It Over 21 Days Since Your Parcel Was Due to Arrive?
If you haven’t received your parcel and 21 working days have passed since the delivery due date please follow these steps:
- Check delivery updates page for known issues.
- Please email us with your order number so we can launch an enquiry with Royal Mail.
EU & Rest of World Parcels Sent by Royal Mail International Tracked Post
Royal Mail aim to deliver tracked international parcels 3-7 working days after we send you the dispatch notification to say it’s on its way, although this varies depending on the destination country and how long the customs clearance process takes. We will include estimated delivery date and tracking details for your courier delivery in the email we send you once your order has been dispatched. Using your tracking details, you can check the progress of your order on the courier company’s website, and you will usually be sent any important updates affecting your delivery directly from the courier company.
Is It Over 1 Day Since Your Parcel Was Due to Arrive?
If you haven’t received your parcel and 1 working day has passed since the delivery due date, please contact the courier company directly using the details we provided in your dispatch email.
