The Sunblest Rose Flower Essence

Our focus for this month’s Essence Review is the Sunblest Rose from our Rose Collection Essences.

Rose essences are wonderful essences to use when we need a little extra help to remind ourselves how to view life from the perspective of the heart.  Gently they remind us that we are an integral part of the whole and not an isolated, separate individual struggling to find our way in the world. They remind us that we are loved and that our connection to the whole is always available to us when we return to our heart and seek within.

Creating Heart Space

Currently the world is in great disorder as we go through the process of transitioning from a third dimensional reality into a fifth dimensional one. This is not an easy process as anything that does not resonate with the more expanded, heart-based consciousness of 5D has to be changed and upgraded, whether this be a belief pattern in our inner world or a system or structure in the outer world.

This is an intense process that affects us all, and it is important that we do our best not to get caught up in the distraction and noise of the process of change and remember to stay centred in our own heart space. Otherwise we can lose connection with ourselves and our heart-based wisdom, truth and inner knowing about what is right for us. From this place it is all too easy to end up feeling disconnected, insecure, and lacking in power to make change.

In this situation Sunblest Rose is just the essence we need to help us move back into our heart space so that we can reconnect with the bigger picture.

How to use

Sunblest Rose essence works extremely well taken as a single essence on its own. An effective dose for most adults is four drops on the tongue 4 x a day, straight from the stock bottle. For best results take consistently for a period of two to four weeks.

It is also very effective mixed into a stock combination with other deep acting Flower, Gem, or Crystal essences if you want to focus on an issue in more depth.
