Living from the Heart: Regensberg Rose Flower Essence |
Our focus for this month’s Essence Review is the Regensberg Rose essence from the Crystal Herbs Rose Collection set. Over the last few years the energies flowing into our planet have been very expansive and designed to elevate our consciousness and vibrational frequencies.
Gradually we are moving deeper into our hearts and beginning to remember who we are at a multi-dimensional level. Since the equinox in March this year the opportunities that this shift is offering to us have become even more expansive, especially when we remember to access them from the perspective of the heart. |
Remembering How to Live from the Heart |
This is quite a steep learning curve for all of us because it has not up to now, been our default way of seeing ourselves or the world that we live in. What we are discovering as we move deeper into the heart space is that slowly but surely, we are beginning to connect up and turn on the multi-dimensional capacities of all of the chakra points above the heart. This is giving us greater access to our own higher guidance and the wisdom of our soul consciousness.
Gradually we are learning to live in a new way, one that balances our left brain, mind-based capacity with the more expansive right brained heart-based consciousness that we are moving towards. As part of this we are remembering how to listen to our own inner guidance and soul wisdom and to follow this to guide us through life. |
Releasing Old Heart Barriers |
This journey of remembering inevitably presents us with some of the old stories that we have previously created as we negotiated our way through many life times in denser vibrational frequencies than we have now. Many of these old stories constrict our ability to live fully from the heart but can feel very real until we dissolve the old emotions that continue to hold them in place.
Essences made from Roses are particularly valuable to help us with this as each Rose has a focus on helping us to expand our heart consciousness in different ways. As we learn to live from our own inner guidance and soul wisdom once again many old stories related to uncertainty, doubt and disconnection from our true selves are beginning to reveal themselves to us for transformation. |

How to Use |
Regensberg Rose essence works extremely well taken as a single essence on its own. An effective dose for most adults is four drops on the tongue 4 x a day, straight from the stock bottle. For best results take consistently for a period of two to four weeks. It is also very effective mixed into a stock combination with other deep acting Flower, Gem, or Crystal essences if you want to focus on an issue in more depth. |
