Facing Your Fears - the Inner Calm Essence |
So our focus for this month’s Essence Review is the Inner Calm; transforming fear combination from the Divine Harmony Essences.
We have chosen to highlight this combination because over the last little while we have noticed that for many people there are new layers of fear coming to the surface of awareness to be released and transformed.
At Crystal Herbs we have all experienced this ourselves in one way or another and we are also receiving many calls and emails from people seeking understanding and help with the same issue.
Fear is a vibrational frequency that is only available to us in the dense vibrations of a third dimensional existence, where we experience ourselves as being separate from the whole. Of course, we can never actually be separate, but it can certainly feel as though we are, especially when everything in our everyday reality is apparently orchestrated from this perspective. |
Keep the Bigger Picture in View |
It can be really helpful to keep in mind that humanity is now deeply involved in a period of collective transformation, as we move slowly from a reality based in a consciousness of separation (a 3D reality) to one based in unity consciousness (a 5D reality). As we do this all of the old understandings, beliefs and perceptions that relate to a 3D consciousness have to be recognised, reviewed, and upgraded. |

Most of us have had many lifetimes of experience on this planet in the old 3D reality and we have gathered up many old ‘stories’ about who we believe we are that will continue to act as filters, limiting our perception and keeping our frequency below the level of 5D consciousness if not released.
The energy flow at the moment is focussed on helping us with this process. We are receiving higher and higher frequencies of Source light and love flowing onto our planet and these are washing through our energetic system and revealing to us anything that does not resonate with who we truly are.
This is often why you can find yourself facing an energy like fear coming strongly into your awareness without any obvious reason. It is simply something old which needs your attention in order for it to transform. However, fear is a powerful energy and one that is very present in our current collective reality so in this situation, it is not difficult for us to temporarily find ourselves drawn back into believing an old ‘story’. For instance, it can make us very ungrounded and unable to function fully in life, limit our ability to try new things or express ourselves fully. It can also have us believing that we are a victim of our circumstances and that we have no power to change them.
Flower, Gem & other vibrational essences are potent tools to help us with this exciting journey of transformation. They have the ability to dissolve low frequency energies like fear and expand our awareness so that we can see beyond what we thought was true. |
Facing Our Fears |
The vibrational frequency of fear underpins so many of our old stories and belief patterns and can easily be triggered off if we do not stay awake and aware enough to recognise what has happened.
Fear is a vibration that make us all very controllable and sadly it is currently being stirred up by those who would prefer that humanity does not evolve and grow, with a view to maintaining the old status quo. The more we can see this game for what it is and face our fears the quicker things will be able to change in our world.
Be aware of just how much focus the mainstream media puts on everything in the world that is based in vibrations of fear without ever offering a balancing perspective. How much quicker this process of transformation could be if the mainstream media channels offered people a reminder of what is happening energetically and reminded us all how to release what is no longer serving us individually or collectively. Sadly, this is not available to us just yet, but we can remember to detach and seek out groups that do support us in this process.
Just facing up to the fact that we feel afraid can be so helpful in times of difficulty. Remember that you are not your fear and that from your heart space, you will be able to detach enough to see the threads of your old story for what they are. |
