Time to Shine Your Light

Step into the magic of your true self.

This month we are being invited to consolidate the shift that we made as a result of last month’s powerfully transformative energetics and to anchor ourselves fully into whatever new awareness is in the process of unfolding for us.

April’s energetics created a quantum shift of consciousness, which has set a new patterning in place for us to align with and draw from. Connecting with this and becoming more aware of what it offers us in terms of expanded perspective and connection with ourselves at a multidimensional level is an ongoing process and one that each of us will continue to explore at our own speed over the coming weeks and months.

It is important that we pay attention to what has and is changing within us so that we can fully own and anchor it into our everyday awareness. These kinds of shifts often initially feel like subtle whispers from our soul, threads of new consciousness that need to be woven into our everyday reality to become fully usable.

The energetics this month offer particularly fertile ground for us to do this. The energies of May are inviting us to explore ourselves from the perspective of the bigger picture. To bring more of who we are as a soul into our human life experience and to anchor this awareness fully into our consciousness so that we can live from this empowered place.

It is time for us to become our own centre of strength and power, to dig deep within ourselves and to tap the resources available to us as we reconnect with the wholeness of ourselves and the world around us. This month step fully into the creative, nurturing energies of Taurus, let them remind you how to connect with the abundance and beauty of Mother Earth and also with the beauty and light of your true self.

This is the space of oneness with all creation and to fully occupy this awareness we must see ourselves as being whole and complete and be willing to anchor our knowing of this fully into the present moment. It is now time to live from the inside out, rather than the outside in, a state that has been the default setting for most of our third dimensional life experiences. As the light turns back on fully within you, you become a beacon of light and an anchor point for a portion of the new reality we are all building and thought forming.

May Energetics

Although a little less intense energetically than April, May’s cosmic flow is still very focussed on helping us to move forward, consolidate change and expand our horizons. With the Sun in Taurus for a large part of the month we are in the earthy, feminine flow of energetics that Taurus brings forward. They are encouraging us to connect deep within, honour our connection to Mother Earth and to nurture and nourish ourselves.

The energies of Taurus bring forward the principle of illumination and invite us to see beyond the illusions of time and space. Within the energies of Taurus there is both the power of creativity and an element of potent magnetic attraction that amplifies the desire to create. In its highest form this energy seeks to blend and harmonise all aspects of creation in beauty and love. It is aligned with the forces of enlightenment that remind us of the need ‘to be in the world but not of the world’, so that we can turn the magnetic power of ‘desire’ into a force that will help to bring positive transformation to the many areas of life that currently require resolution.

Balanced Personal Power

There are threads in the energy flow this month that will bring the issue of power and control into greater prominence particularly around the beginning of the month as Pluto turns retrograde in Aquarius. You might find yourself reviewing, again, whether you use your personal power in a balanced positive way in all areas of your life. This is something that we are all currently working with so whatever comes into awareness for you just be kind to yourself and allow flow so that you can make change with ease and grace.

New Beginnings

The new moon this month was on May 8th at 04.22am UK time. It was a supermoon, so in an orbit that was very close to the Earth, and with the Sun and Moon conjunct both Jupiter and Uranus there was a reactivation of the energies of the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction of last month.

This is an opportunity for a powerful new beginning, and you may well have found yourself connecting back into themes that were potent for you last month. Maybe expansive, innovative new ideas, a sense of greater freedom, excitement for what is now possible or a new perspective on an old pattern or belief that has been holding you back for a very long time. Whatever it might be, remember to give yourself plenty of opportunity to explore and activate what feels important for you. The energies are cheering you on and will support you all of the way.

Other threads in the energetics this month are also providing fertile ground for expansive new beginnings that will best take root and flourish if we keep our awareness focussed into the higher states of consciousness that are now much more available as a result of all of the recent transformational change.

As everything changes there are many streams of reality and possibility available to us, so it is important that we choose the reality stream that best fits our intention and desire for the future. This essentially means a careful conscious choice of vibrational frequency that keeps you aligned with what you want to energise for your future. If you want to live in a loving, inclusive world where there is enough for everyone, do your best to align with this frequency and let it flow into everything that you do and experience in life.

When you fall out of it, as we all do at some point, then pay attention to what it was that triggered the change and allow it space to deactivate and transform, so that you can realign yourself. The outside world will change as enough of us live fully in the energies of something new and more expansive than has been the case. Let your light shine freely into the world – it is much needed.

Full Moon  

Jupiter in Gemini will expand communication of all kinds and open up a flood of new ideas and opportunities. Remember to go with the flow and be open and curious as to what might be possible in this energy.

May is one of the most beautiful months of the year here in the UK with all of nature expressing its beauty and abundance everywhere you look. When you take some time out to sit somewhere in nature and enjoy being a part of this vibrant newness it is easier to remember that you have exactly the same beauty and abundant gifts to offer to the world as the flowers, plants and trees that are so joyfully offering us their abundance.

So many of us shy away from owning who we are, don’t feel valuable or wanted, forget to honour and love ourselves, and consequently never fully connect with the fullness of who we truly are. In one way or another the energies over the last few weeks in particular will have been showing you where those patterns are within yourself.

We all learn from the models that we are given when we arrive here in a new physical body. We inherit the patterns, beliefs, and values of our parents at an unconscious level, we are further moulded by our experiences as we move through life and in a 3d environment there is often no obvious, positive role model available to help remind us of our wholeness.

Mother nature’s reflection of wholeness

When you feel in need of a reminder of your innate wholeness, a wonderful way that you can see this in action, is to take some time out to go and sit in your garden, local park or take a walk in a beautiful area of unspoilt nature and just observe what you see.

Look at the wild Campions, a stately patch of beautiful tall Irises, a delicate patch of little sweet violets or a magnificent display of tulips in full flower and just observe what you see. Each flower stands tall in its own beauty and presence, it is deeply anchored into the Earth, its scent and vibrational frequency flows freely into the air around it, and it is nourished by the energies of the Earth and the elementals that connect with it. It knows that it is an intrinsic part of the natural flow and that it has something of beauty to contribute to the world that no other flower can bring forward in the same way.

If you were then to begin to think of yourself and those around you in the same way, how would it change your perception of yourself and the world that you live in? Once we can feel this sense within us rather than just think it, it becomes a part of our knowing about ourselves and it will change the world.

It has been a very successful filter that has kept us feeling ‘small’ and disconnected from our true selves. Now is the time to let it go, so if you find yourself revisiting any aspect of this old pattern this month have a large bottle of the Feeling Worthy combination to help you remember your innate value and worth as a being of light who is eternally connected to source through all levels of your existence.

Self-Acceptance Essence; restoring unconditionality: this combination is very helpful for anyone who struggles to love and accept themselves unconditionality. We cannot move deeper into unity consciousness until we can see ourselves as worthy of love, and there are threads in the energies this month that may well bring these old patterns more fully into awareness. This is the essence to take when you notice that you are resisting opening your heart fully to yourself, in all situations. Allow it to dissolve the misperceptions, open your heart and connect you to the truth about yourself once again.

Inner Freedom Essence; transforming judgement: judgement is an energy that relates very much to the polarity consciousness of the third dimension. If you should find yourself stuck in some criticism or judgement over the next few weeks, just take note and detach from the trigger. Move back into your heart and use the Inner Freedom combination to help you transform the old patterns. This is an uncomfortable energy that can very quickly close your heart and make it difficult for you to see the new opportunities that are opening up for all of us when we look beyond the old reality which is being dismantled. It is also something that is very likely to come into view in this month’s energy flow, so if you come across it in your own inner world, just celebrate the opportunity to let it go and move on.

Inner Wisdom Essence; connecting heart & mind: the energy flow this month will be bringing in a nurturing, expansive flow of energy that will be offering us the opportunity to reconnect more fully with ourselves as a soul. Use the Inner Wisdom combination to help you open up the inner communication pathways that link the heart, mind and soul, so that you can reconnect with the extensive and far reaching wisdom stored in your soul. Bringing our human self into alignment with ourselves as soul allows us to shine our light into the world in ways that have not up to now been possible.

Anchor Yourself Well

The importance of good grounding

One of the keys to thriving in this ever-changing energetic landscape is to keep our internal anchoring system solidly connected into the Earth and to make sure that we maintain our energy field in a way that serves us. The ability to stay within our own energetic space is so important if we are to maintain our vibrational frequency and the strength and power to be ourselves.

Our vibrational frequency is made up of how we habitually think and feel, so if we are not very mindful, we can find ourselves entertaining less than positive vibrational frequencies like fear, guilt, or doubt, simply because they are connected to an old story that we have believed about ourselves which has not fully cleared through yet.

We all have these old stories, and the energies are triggering them off for us so that we can see them more clearly. We then have a choice of what we do with them. Do we fall into the old story and allow ourselves to feel victimised by it or do we detach and allow it flow through without connecting into it more than we need to, recognising that it was simply an experience and is not who we truly are as a whole being.

A simple grounding practice

Good grounding is an important factor in being able to negotiate this clearing cycle successfully. It is also very important when it comes to initiating new ideas and bringing more of your soul self into your everyday awareness. The higher you go the deeper you need to anchor to support the structure.

Take time each day to breath yourself fully into your body, bringing all of yourself fully into the present moment. Feel deeply into your heart and move your awareness until you can feel yourself directly behind your eyes. Make sure that you have a grounding chord that connects your base chakra to your earth star chakra and that your earth star is magnetically connected into the centre of the earth. You will feel this click in and your body relax as it feels the support. Breath the energies of the Earth up from your earth star, through your legs and feet and into each of the lower 3 chakras in turn looping the energy back down your grounding chord until you feel stable and relaxed.

Then expand your heart chakra to create a bubble of light and love that encompasses your entire auric field, fill it with love and light, invite your soul to communicate with you and shine your light brightly into the world.

Earth Star Essence: use this combination for support to help you connect more fully with your earth star chakra and to anchor it into the centre of the Earth. When this is connected your feeling of connection with Mother Earth and with the cosmos will be able to expand and grow. This is very important in the energies that we are experiencing at the moment.

Being Present Essence; becoming grounded: when life feels a bit challenging as it could right now with so much changing, it can be easy to fall into an old habit of trying to bypass the present moment, often quite unconsciously. If you should find yourself trying to float along a bit and not really in the driving seat of your life, then this is the combination to take to help you come fully back into your power as a co-creator.
