Welcome to our E-light newsletter for March 2025! In this month’s E-Light we look at the extremely potent, life enhancing cosmic energy flow that is speaking to us loudly of the opportunities we have this month for change, transformation and new beginnings. We also explore the need for us to make a conscious choice to allow the energies to show us how to flow into new directions, the need for us to manage our vibrational frequency and how to deal with any resistance to change that we might encounter along the way. One way that we could describe the energy flow for March is that it certainly packs a punch. March is probably one of the most potent months energetically for the whole year and that is really saying something in a stream of already strong, intense energetics. While this is definitely not something to be concerned about, it is something that needs our attention and our conscious choice as to how we navigate its many opportunities. We will find ourselves most comfortable if we can move fully into the flow and allow the energies to support us to find a new level of ourselves. This month’s energy flow is filled with deeply transformational cosmic alignments that all speak very loudly about transformation, change and new beginnings. The energies are asking us to look carefully at where we are out of alignment with our true selves or our purpose for being here at this time. We are being offered a massive opportunity to expand our perspective and bring healing to any area of our life that is no longer working as well as it could. The full moon eclipse on March 14th is likely to shine a powerful beam of illumination onto anything that no longer serves us or is out of alignment with the path that our soul is guiding us to take. Just stay present with yourself, do your best to let the light in and allow the old to leave, remembering that all is well, you are totally supported, and the universe has your back. |

The Power of Conscious Choice |
|
|
Because so much of what is now taking place on the world stage is currently out of alignment with our true direction of flow and the unfolding of a new reality, the energies this month are likely to be quite disruptive and revealing of where there are still motives and agendas playing out that run contrary to the common good. Especially where power, control and disempowerment are still the name of the game. As a result, it is likely to get noisier and even more chaotic in the world as the old ‘story’ does its best to hold on. In this situation it is easy to get distracted and pulled into a vibrational frequency that you do not want to support or bring into your reality. Just keep in mind that those old choices are no longer supported by the timeline we are now living on, so the less we feed them with our attention the quicker they will have to change. This is one of the important choice points that we are being offered this month - which path are we going to follow? There is no right or wrong choice here just an opportunity to allow the energies to lift you up and help you flow gently onto a more joy filled path or to get distracted and pulled into the old vibrational frequencies that are so evident on the nightly news or many social media outlets at the moment. Remember, you are a co-creator; what do you choose to create more of in each moment? If we all keep focussing on what we do want and take our attention off those things that we do not want to support, change will be able to take place quicker and easier than if we do not. This requires an ongoing focus of attention, so when you find that you have slipped out of the vibrational frequency that you would prefer, don’t beat yourself up just take a breath, move inside yourself again and make a new choice. All that is needed is to keep affirming your choices. |

Powerful Infusions of Light Inflowing |

As we have said the energies flowing in over this period are extremely uplifting, high vibrational energies that are clearly focussed on helping us to follow the flow and unburden ourselves of anything that is not a frequency match with our true selves. The very tiny photons of light and the light codes that are contained within it will act as a light infusion that washes through us and along the way, filters out lower frequency energies so that we can move into a new more expanded understanding of ourselves. This wash of light will also be activating our dormant light codes and turning on our multidimensional DNA so that we can connect back to our true selves more easily. This is powerful stuff, and it is going to illuminate many things that are not working optimally both in our inner and outer worlds. While this is hugely beneficial it is also potentially quite disruptive since being asked to change long held beliefs and ways of doing things can be challenging if a part of us feels that we need these things in order to be safe. If you have been encountering some boulders on your path recently or finding it difficult to stay in the flow just know that you are in good company and that you have just hit a patch of resistance. There are many people experiencing the same situation and there is a way through it. |

Accepting the need for change |
|
As these positive high frequency energies flow through our energy field and physical body they begin to lift out anything that is not a frequency match for the incoming energy. We might experience this as a sudden awareness of an old situation or event that was less than comfortable and that led us to feel unsafe, not good enough, disempowered, angry etc. In my experience it is not unusual to receive a string of these old memories that are connected by a thread of the same vibrational frequency. For instance, a string of memories where you have felt not good enough or unloved. It is also not unusual for there to be some quite strong emotions flowing along with the memories as well. Ideally this is the moment to sit quietly with yourself and to feel into the emotional flow as deeply as you can without getting lost in it. Take time to journal what you are feeling and experiencing, allowing anything else that needs to reveal itself to do so. If you can then step back from the pattern, own what is yours, forgive where needed and just let go the whole thing will pass through and release. However, if it is a very deep pattern that is being triggered off with many layers to it and one that a part of us believes is true, possibly with deeply uncomfortable emotions attached to it, then we could find ourselves encountering a situation where we unconsciously push back against exploring the pattern. This creates resistance because the energies do not stop pushing us to look and to see the truth, but we are not allowing ourselves to go there so we might experience feeling as though we are stuck or facing a ‘dark night of the soul’ moment. We might also find ourselves seeing the situation as something outside of ourselves caused by someone else or just feeling very uncomfortable because we cannot shift our vibrational frequency out of the ‘story’ of the pattern. Sometimes resistance can be caused by what we can see as the inevitable consequence of making the changes that we are being prompted to make. For instance, stepping into a more empowered version of ourselves might mean finally letting go of an old relationship that has run its course or being prepared to speak our truth in a situation that no longer works for us. |

If you should find yourself encountering a patch of resistance this month, just take a deep breath, resist the temptation to beat yourself up, open your heart to yourself and take a little time to explore. Set your intention to let go of what is no longer serving you, enlist the help of your higher self and then be willing to explore what you are feeling as fully as you can. Start with the emotions that are right on the surface, for instance feeling fearful, disconnected, unloved etc. Just explore them without judgement and note any ‘story’ that you might have running alongside the emotion which is validating its presence. Do your best to stay detached enough to recognise that these emotions and the story that accompanies them are not your true self, rather they represent a fragment of yourself that has become stuck in an old experience. Follow the threads of emotion deeper into the pattern and quietly feel into what lies underneath the surface emotions until a bigger picture starts to open up. For instance, you might have started off knowing that you felt afraid and digging deeper recognise that it is because you are terrified of making a mistake or doing it wrong. For someone else the surface fear might take them down a rabbit hole to discover how much they fear being abandoned or unloved. The more you explore the more you will discover that patterns like these are like interlinked spider webs of beliefs and emotions that are supporting each other in a completely fictitious story when seen from the perspective of your true self or soul. However, they feel very real from the perspective of the personality until we choose to bring the light of awareness to them. Sometimes we have to hit a patch of resistance in order to be alerted to the fact that there is something we need to see that is trying to unlock and release. Once you can see what is holding your pattern together it becomes much easier to do this. |

Using Vibrational Essences to Dissolve Resistance |
|
Flower, Gem & Crystal essences are a wonderful resource to help us dissolve any resistance we might encounter on our journey of life. With a powerful, quiet elegance they draw on the resources of nature to help us disentangle ourselves from old emotional issues and the associated belief patterns. Start to dissolve the resistance and the pattern by using the essence or essences that work with the threads of emotion that you can see holding your issue together. A Bach Flower Remedy Combination is sometimes a good starting place here because it allows you to choose 7 or 8 essences that fit your picture and that will very quickly dimmish some of the resistance so that you can look deeper into what is going on. You can explore these more on our website here: Most likely you will also need to use some essences that work more deeply into the pattern than the Bach Flower Remedies do, in order to fully dissolve the pattern. The Divine Harmony Essence are a great resource for this. Select a combination that will work with the strongest thread that you can see holding your particular pattern together. Here are a few examples of essences that might be particularly helpful this month, but if your situation is not covered by any of these check out the Divine Harmony Essences section on our website for more options. Inner Calm; this is the essence to use when you can see that it is fear that is holding your pattern together and sponsoring resistance to change. It will powerfully but gently dissolve the vibrations of fear that have become stuck in your field and help you to see beyond the parameters of the fear that has been keeping you stuck. Letting Go; this is the essence to take when you recognise that emotional pain from the past is preventing you from moving on. This might particularly show up as difficulty letting go of an unhealthy relationship, deep feelings of sadness about the loss of a past relationship or simply a sense of over attachment to a person or situation that is no longer serving your highest good. Being Present; the ability to stay in the present moment and to be open and aware is very important when it comes to going with the flow of change. We can sometimes encounter resistance simply because we are not present enough to notice. If you have a tendency not to fully occupy your body, easily become ungrounded or find it difficult to feel into what is going on for you this might be just the essence you need to help you get back in the driving seat of your life. |
