In this month’s E-Light we explore the opportunities being presented to us in the cosmic energy flow for some deeply transformational heart healing and how we can best engage the perspective of our hearts to help us dismantle the now redundant patterns of the old paradigm. We also explore how we can best negotiate the shifting sands of change with a degree of elegance and grace by remembering to see beyond the old, anchoring ourselves firmly into our physicality and honouring our humanness and connection to the whole. The End of the Old Paradigm |
|
March was quite a ride wasn’t it! So much up lifting high frequency energy flooding onto the planet and on through us, raising frequencies and facilitating transformation at a deep level. The two eclipses and the Equinox featured strongly in this, each one bringing a step up in energy and frequency. At the same time Venus, Mercury and Mars were all in retrograde motion encouraging us to go within and review what needed our attention in order that we could make the most of the energetic roller coaster ride. Over the coming month all of these planets will turn direct again, and we should find that greater clarity and forward movement follows. During April the cosmic energy flow will impulse us to further strengthen our alignment with our true self and to move deeper into our hearts where we will be able to see beyond the illusion of separation more easily. This is an increasingly important focus point, because as the world moves further into the chaos of releasing what no longer works from the old paradigm, we will need an anchor point outside of the everyday norm to hold us steady so that we can offer stability and love back to the world to allow it to recreate itself from a new perspective. Right on cue to help us with this we have some very strong threads in the energetics in the first half of April particularly, that will take us on a journey of deep heart healing, clearing the way for us to anchor into the love and stability of our heart energy more deeply. So do not be surprised if you find yourself touching into some old issues around abandonment, rejection, exclusion or feeling less than in some way over the next few weeks, particularly around the full moon on April 12th. Uncomfortable though this might feel as you go through it remember that this is just another opportunity to allow wounded, traumatised fragments of yourself to reintegrate and heal so that you can open your heart more fully. |

Feel Deeply to Allow Flow |
|
To take full advantage of this healing opportunity we will need to be very aware of any old defence or resistance patterns that we have, because as the energy impulses us to let go of the old wounding these are what we are likely to unconsciously touch into first, along with the emotional pain. In this situation do your best to stay present with yourself and to feel into everything that you are feeling. It is all too easy to recognise a pattern intellectually and not be willing to feel what you feel around it. However, it is only through allowing the emotions to flow that we can facilitate healing and transformation. We all have our ways of distracting ourselves if we are unconsciously trying to avoid feeling what is inside. If you should notice that you are in a process of distraction with outer things because you are feeling uncomfortable inside, just be very kind to yourself and bring yourself back to the feelings. Most likely you will then notice that you have closed your heart down a little as a way of protecting yourself from re-experiencing the old pain. Take some deep breaths and make a commitment to yourself to allow the old wounding to reveal itself so that you can move on. It is not necessary to know what caused it in the first place, but as you feel into it deeply you may find that old memories and experiences from the past float into your awareness. Just allow them to pass through without getting caught up in any old story. Call in your Angels and the frequencies of your Soul to help you remember the truth of who you are at a multidimensional level. You will then be able to see the strengths that you have gained from the old wounds as well as the pain that they have caused you. Fold the two together, open your heart and allow yourself to release and move on. Let your light and love shine brightly, it is greatly needed in the world right now. |

Fuchsia Flower Essence (Karmic) is a favourite ‘go to’ essence when I find myself working with stuck emotions or finding it difficult to feel deeply enough into something that I am working with. It will very quickly get into the emotion and ping it up to the surface for you to see and release. If something that you are working with is particularly unwilling to reveal itself, sit quietly and take three consecutive doses of Fuchsia 10 minutes apart. In my experience this usually unblocks what is stuck very effectively. Angelic Gifts Spray is a lovely spray to use when you want to strengthen your connection with the Angelic Realm in general or your Guardian Angel in particular. Spray it liberally into your auric field and feel it opening your awareness and facilitating the flow of inspiration, illumination and guidance from your Angels. |

Negotiating the Shifting Sands of Change |

|
We have reached a point in our evolutionary cycle where we have no real choice but to let go of the old paradigm. It is quite clearly leaving, and currently the pace of this is obviously accelerating. However, despite the great desire that most of us have for something new to replace what is clearly not working for the benefit of all, actually negotiating the shifting sands of such a deep paradigm shift can feel challenging, even daunting as we go through it. This is certainly not made any easier by the unfolding events on our world stage, which give every appearance of trying to drag us back into the old, rather than welcoming in real change. Indeed, there are strong threads in the energetic flow this month that could bring further turbulence, intensity and unsettledness in the world as the energies pushing for change meet the resistance of those who would prefer to maintain the old status quo. Whatever shape this turbulence takes remember to stay in your heart and just be the observer, rather than getting caught up into the old stories and agendas. Particularly pay attention to anything that triggers a reaction in you so that you can own and re-balance it. The ongoing theme of ‘what has been hidden will be revealed’ is going to gather intensity over the next few weeks and months, which on the one hand is very positive because nothing can change until the need for it is seen clearly. However, the constant recognition that nothing is as we have come to expect can be a shock to our systems even when knew this was really the case. At a human level revelations and deep changes in the fabric of life can trigger a degree of trauma, shock, uncertainty and fear if we are not carefully monitoring what is going on within us. If we can see it as an opportunity to look deeply within and to identify and reassure any parts of ourselves that might feel more comfortable with following the status quo then it will all flow more easily. Just keep doing your best to see beyond the old and remember your power as a creator when you align with your heart and true self to allow something new to unfold. |

Feeling Safe Essence - if you should find yourself triggered off by outer events this month in a way that leaves you feeling unsettled, unsafe, distrustful or a bit traumatised, recognise that something has probably been triggered off from the past, either this or another life that needs to be recognised, released and cleared. The Feeling Safe combination is the essence to take to help to release what has been triggered off and help you move back into greater harmony and balance. Pink Rose Flower Essence is such a helpful essence to use when you need some help to disentangle yourself from a patch of fear. We all carry fears from previous lives and in the current energy flow these are easily triggered off, especially with all of what is happening around the world right now. Pink Rose will help you to bring the old fear patterns into awareness for transmutation so that you can open your heart and move forward with ease. Stay Anchored in your Body |

This is a time where we need to really anchor ourselves firmly into our physical body and honour our humanness fully because without this we are much more easily controlled or knocked off course when things are a little bumpy in the world around us. Take time each day to breathe deeply and ground yourself fully, making sure that you have anchored your grounding chord into your Earth Star Chakra and on into the core of Mother Earth. Send your love to the Earth and be open to receiving her love back into your heart. Then open your connection to your Soul and to Source with the same loving flow. Relax and appreciate how you are always held in loving stability when you do this. This is also a good moment to call in some light, love and/or Violet Flame to clear your energy field of anything no longer needed. Then invite your Soul to anchor deeply into your physicalness and to guide your day from the highest perspective possible at that time. You might find it helpful this month to just check in with yourself about how you actually feel about being in a human form. It can be interesting to do this as most of us have had many human lives and consequently gathered up many understandings about what this means, not all of which are true or relevant today. For instance, there have been many teachings down the ages that have implanted the idea that the body is not important and that it is the spiritual that is the only important aspect of us. Consequently, you might find that at an unconscious level you have a belief that it is not OK to be human or to occupy your physical body fully, that is now preventing you from grounding and allowing your soul to anchor into your physicality. This might also make it difficult for you to relate to yourself or your human brothers and sisters with true compassion, something that is so needed in our world right now. We are moving into unity consciousness and the illusion of separation at any level is being slowly dispelled, so all of these old beliefs that were created from a perspective of polarity and separation are now coming into view for upgrading. Remember to love and honour every aspect of yourself this month and to offer this love and respect back to the human family to help the changes unfold with ease and grace. |
