Step Over the Threshold |
A Quantum leap in consciousness |
This month we are being invited to take a quantum leap in consciousness and to step over the threshold of what has been, into a new more expanded reality of possibilities. Over the next few weeks, the energy flow will be seeking to guide us to let go, step into the flow of our soul self, and to allow our consciousness an opportunity to expand in ways that will allow us to see beyond the everyday paradigm of existence.
There is also a very strong thread in the energetics this month that will be taking us into a process of deep healing for any old emotional wounds, and as yet unprocessed pain that might hinder us from stepping out of the old stories and into something new.
This is a potent moment of opportunity that is unparalleled in our current lifetime as well as in many, many others. It is part of the process of change that we are here to help facilitate, so do your best to step into it as best you can, connect with your soul and focus on what is right for you at this time. It is now time for us to step into our power and authority as sovereign beings and to make choices for ourselves from an expanded level of awareness that will permanently change the trajectory of our world.
Of course, potent inner change of this kind takes time to manifest in the outer world and will quite likely meet with a degree of resistance that might appear noisy and counterproductive initially but if we choose not to feed it with energy and attention it will eventually change because the new patterning has been set through our choice for a better world order that will serve the best interests of all. |
April Energetics |
Powerful transformational opportunities |
The cosmic energy flow for April is definitely one of the most exciting and important of the entire year. It contains a series of powerful cosmic alignments that will be offering us opportunities to make an unprecedented transformational shift in consciousness.
As the month begins, we are in the full flow of fiery, initiating Aries energy, which seeks to promote regeneration and renewal in all areas of life, both spiritually and physically. This is highly creative, mental energy that brings with it a flow of inspiration and new ideas from the collective higher mind.
Set against this powerful energetic backdrop we have a total solar eclipse in Aries, the long-heralded meeting of Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus, an influential and important period of retrograde Mercury, and later in the month when the sun has moved into Taurus, an emotionally intense full moon in Scorpio.
As well as the amazing opportunities offered by these cosmic alignments, we are also receiving downloads of high frequency light from our galactic brothers and sisters which is helping us all and the Earth to expand our awareness and help us remember who we are at a multidimensional level.
Changes of all kinds will flow into our world at both a personal and collective level as a result of the energetic focus this month. We are being shifted onto a new trajectory and invited to step over the threshold of a new more expanded reality, based in love.
Each of us will do this in our own time, but the more of us that can step into this space now, the wider the doorway will become for those who will follow. Take time out this month to really listen to the promptings of your soul, inner guidance and intuition and trust yourself to flow with what is right for you. |

On April 8th we have one of the most powerful cosmic alignments of the year, a total solar eclipse in Aries. The 4 mins 28.1 secs that the sun is eclipsed is the longest period of any solar eclipse in our lifetimes. It will be fully visible over north and central America and partially over some parts of Europe and the UK, but will be felt by all of us regardless of where we might be in the world.
This is a highly charged new moon and offers powerful opportunities for important new beginnings. The energetics of all solar eclipses, but particularly one as comprehensive and complete as this one, are like portals that open doors to higher awareness and new opportunities. Here we are being requested, again, to step into our spiritual power and align with our soul’s purpose.
This is not all however, as this eclipse is exactly conjunct Chiron, the archetype of the wounded healer. This is a powerful message to us that now is the time to heal anything that is holding us back from stepping into the fullness of who we truly are as cosmic beings. With the Sun, Moon, and Chiron all in Aries there will be an expanded opportunity to heal where our sense of self has been wounded, since Aries represents our sense of self. There is potential here for a quantum shift in consciousness if we can flow with it and allow what needs to be transformed the space to do so.
Clearly this is a very important moment, the effects of which will continue to ripple on through our life experiences over the coming months and years. Take time out to listen to yourself and to get in touch with anything that might come to the surface of awareness for healing as well as any insight that you might have into where your soul might be calling you to explore next.
You may find that you get a much greater sense of clarity about is important for you in life, or something that you have been struggling to resolve comes into focus for you in a new and more expanded way. |

To help us make the most of the month’s energetic opportunities Mercury will be in retrograde motion from April 2nd through to April 25th. This is the cosmos’s invitation to us to turn within and reflect and review, turning up the volume on our inner wisdom and intuition so that we can more easily see where it is that we need to make changes in our lives.
Mercury and Chiron are very close together over this period of Mercury retrograde which will offer us a further opportunity to dig deep and to reflect on what Chiron might be able to help us heal. |

Jupiter/Uranus Conjunction |
Jupiter and Uranus come together every 13-14 years but in Taurus only once in a lifetime. Jupiter is very at home in Taurus and brings expansion and elevation to all that it comes in contact with. Uranus is associated with freedom, innovative new ideas and advanced technology. The merging of these two massive energies is a very powerful catalyst for the instigation of new ideas, greater freedoms, expansive new directions of all kinds and the breaking down of obsolete beliefs and ideas.
Here again we have the potential for a quantum shift in consciousness, an expansion of our awareness that will allow us to see the world and ourselves from a very different perspective. This is exciting in so many ways, especially as once our awareness has expanded, we will not look back to where we have been, only forward to what is possible from our new level of consciousness.
Stay open to what presents itself to you over these next few weeks, resist the temptation to try to fit it into an existing template and just let it float free so that you can see what it is offering you. This may be something new and very different from where you have been up to now. It may take time to step into or it might be something that feels right for you to action immediately. Just follow the flow, either version is perfectly okay – there are no right or wrong ways to negotiate this energy. |

April’s full moon is in Scorpio on April 23rd. This is a sensitive, emotionally intense full moon made all the more powerful because of the aspect that it makes to Pluto in Aquarius. This full moon is also the time of the celebration of the Festival of Wesak at which the Buddha’s annual blessings to humanity and the Earth are received. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect within to your inner guidance. |

When Scorpio energies are illuminated in this way old stories relating to deeply buried emotions, power struggles and hidden agendas can all be highlighted. Just remember to breath and step back from the story so that you can see it more clearly, and allow it to transform. |

Time for a Quantum Shift |
|
We are now living in a time of expanding frequencies on our planet as our galaxy moves through the photon belt. This is a huge band of very high frequency light, which is slowly being absorbed by the Earth and all of her inhabitants.
As a result, we are gradually moving up the spiral of evolution again after a long period of time where this has not been possible in such an expanded way. As part of this process our level of consciousness is rising, opening up possibilities for us to see clearly beyond the fixed limitations of a third dimensional patterning for life. The light is opening our hearts, reactivating our DNA and reconnecting the energetic pathways that allow us access to the multidimensional aspects of ourselves. Our memory of ourselves as a soul having a human experience, along with the wisdom of our soul is becoming very available to us. Slowly we are waking up and consciously remembering who we are and why we are here at this time, taking back our power and reconnecting with our galactic origins.
Now we have reached a point where there is enough light on the planet to allow us to make a quantum shift, a massive leap in consciousness that will eventually result in comprehensive and far-reaching changes in our world.
Allow yourself to feel into the possibilities available to you this month. Let the energies absorb into your energy field and physical body, listen for the gentle voice of your soul, showing you the way forward. Above all, allow whatever understandings that you connect with at an inner level to be pulled right into your reality and owned. It is so easy to push something important to you to one side because it does not fit into what you have been taught is ‘how things are’.
From an expanded level of consciousness things definitely look different and your heart will be you guide in this rather than your rational mind. Let your conscious grow and expand beyond the limitations of what has been. Anchor yourself firmly into awareness of yourself as soul. |

Inner Focus Essence; enhancing meditation - there is a strong thread in the energetics this month is suggesting that we focus within, quieten the mind and listen carefully to the wisdom of our soul. For many of us this is still not particularly easy, especially in times when there is a lot of frantic energy around as there is at the moment. The Inner Focus Essence is a wonderful combination to use to help you find the inner pathways that will help you connect more deeply within yourself. Find a way to do this that works for you, which could be sitting quietly everyday or it could be at a time when you are quietly going for a walk in nature or perhaps gardening. Higher Heart Chakra Essence - your higher heart chakra is your sacred heart and as it expands it provides you with greater access to your soul and multidimensional self. Compassion, forgiveness and unconditional love for self and others are all associated with this chakra. They are also the language of your soul so if you are finding it difficult to connect within it may be because you need to develop one of these aspects more fully. Use this essence to help you clear away any old stories that might block your ability to offer forgiveness, compassion and unconditional love to yourself and others.
Inner Light Essence: there is an abundance of light available to us at the moment to absorb and integrate into our energetic and physical bodies. However, we can sometimes find this process a bit overwhelming because our systems are not used to processing this much light all at once. If you are feeling in need of a little help with this at the moment then the Inner Light combination is for you. This is a wonderful essence to help your body and energetic system remember how to absorb and integrate the regenerative properties of light.
Soul Connection Essence; enlightenment. This is a great combination to use to help expand your connection with your soul and innate divinity. Use it to uplift your perspective and help dissolve any old patterns of density that might ready to transform. |

Deep Healing |
Restoring your sense of self |
A very important thread in the energetics this month is the presence of Chiron sitting at exactly the same degree of the zodiac as the sun and moon at the time of the eclipse. The archetype of Chiron is the wounded healer, and his powerful presence here will illuminate for us any unprocessed emotional pain, old belief patterns or other wounding that we might consciously or unconsciously still be carrying that makes it difficult for us to see ourselves as the I Am that we are.
These kind of patterns are deep and uncomfortable, and they are usually ones that we have brought in from other life experiences. They always have stories attached to them which will have been imprinted again into our consciousness by the events of this life and the family patterns and interactions that we grew up with.
If you should find yourself struggling a little to let go of some old issue, remember that you, like the rest of your birth family, carefully chose to come together in this life knowing that there would be an opportunity to transform this old energy now, so that all can be free of it.
Most likely you will already have a very good idea of what needs transformation within yourself because the energies of this eclipse have been gathering for some time now, loosening up and revealing the old stories and the deep emotional issues that relate to them.
Allow yourself time and space to connect with what needs your attention, listen to the story that it wants to tell you, feel the associated emotions but try not to get too enmeshed in the energies of it. Do your best to retain connection with your soul self and expanded perspective so that you can see beyond the story.
Since Chiron is in Aries it is likely that these old stories will in some way dimmish your ability to see yourself as whole and complete, and to stand fully in your power as a sovereign being. Remember that whatever the story, it is not true from a soul perspective, but it has offered you opportunities to gather soul wisdom, which you have done and now it is time to move on.
Emotions are always the glue that holds a story in place, so if you find yourself temporarily stuck in an old pattern, dig deep into what emotions are holding it together. Ground yourself fully into the Earth so that your energy system has an outlet to drain the emotions out of your system as you connect with them. Then choose some essences to help you melt the glue and dissolve the pattern and its story. Vibrational essences are such wonderful tools to help us with this process. Here are a few suggestions for some that might be particularly helpful in this energy flow. |

Feeling Worthy Essence; transforming unworthiness. This is the essence to use to help break down all of those old stories that are based on a theme of ‘not good enough’, inadequate or an inability to see your own uniqueness and the gifts that you have to offer. |

Confidence Essence; restoring self-assurance. A lack of confidence in ourselves can be a strong thread in many stories that prevent us from standing in our own power and authority. In the energy flow that we have this month it is very possible that this might become illuminated for you if this one of your story threads. Use the Confidence combination to help you release this old energy and step into your full potential.
Being Present Essence; becoming grounded. If you should find yourself having difficulty connecting fully with what is behind an old story it is likely that you have temporarily stepped away from your grounding. This is a very common habit for many of us and often unconscious until we bring our attention to it. Use the Being Present combination to help you reconnect with yourself and strengthen your ability to stay present in your body. It is so much easier to deal with anything that might present itself from this perspective.
Pink Rose Flower Essence Sitting at the bottom of many old stories is the vibrational frequency of fear. It has been such an enduring frequency on our planet for thousands of years that it has become lodged in all of our memories in one way or another. At times when we are being requested to change, like now, it often comes into awareness for transformation. If you should find yourself unable to locate what is holding your story in place most likely that is because there is some unconscious fear waiting to be cleared away.
